Please contact the Career Development Center to fill out the application form and pay a processing fee of 100 NTD. The replacement certificate will be processed within 14 working days.
Email Application Process:
Application Method: To apply for the use of your student email account, please first apply for the alumni card. After obtaining the alumni card, take a photo of it and provide your ID number. Then, email Mr. Chang at chang@isu.edu.tw, indicating your request to activate your student email account.
Google G-Suite Service Policy: Due to Google’s restrictions on free education edition storage, the school no longer offers G-Suite services for alumni.
Alumni Library Book Borrowing Application Process:
For those who have not applied for the alumni card: You need to bring a copy of your graduation certificate and an electronic file (or photo) of your ID photo. Additionally, you must pay a fee of 50 NTD for the card production and a 1000 NTD deposit to apply for the alumni library card.
For those who have already applied for the alumni card: You only need to pay the 1000 NTD deposit to activate your alumni card as a library card. If your alumni card does not have your photo, you must present another photo ID for identity verification when activating the card and during subsequent book borrowings. If you are unable to provide another ID, the process cannot be completed.
Application for Borrowing Card: Please fill out the "Graduate Alumni Library Card Application Form" and go to the circulation desk to complete the process. The account activation may take up to half a day. With the alumni library card, you can borrow up to 10 books for 30 days. Note that reservations and renewals are not allowed. For electronic resources, please fill out the "Application Form for Alumni and Visiting Scholars to Use Electronic Resources" and visit the Reference Service Desk during service hours to activate your account, which allows access to certain electronic resources available through the university's Hyint system.

The Alumni Association has two types of membership: individual members and regular members.
- Individual members: Simply complete the alumni card application.
- Regular members: Follow the application steps provided by the Alumni Association and pay a membership fee of NTD2,000 to officially become a regular member.
The Career Development Center will periodically send event information to students' email inboxes. Students are also welcome to join the Career Development Center's Facebook group to receive updates on upcoming events.
The Counseling and Guidance Section will send event information to students' email inboxes on an irregular basis. Students can also join the Yi-Shou Counseling and Guidance Section's Facebook fan page to easily receive updates on upcoming activities.
There are 86 clubs at our school, categorized into autonomous, comprehensive, service, recreational, physical, and academic clubs. For more details, please refer to the club section on the Office of Student Affairs website:

or inquire at the Extracurricular Activities Guidance Office on the 4th floor of the Activity Center.The school currently has sports teams for basketball, volleyball, soccer, badminton, table tennis, swimming, and more. Students interested in joining a team can inquire at the PE office (located inside the gymnasium).
Bring your student ID or identification card to the Health Section to apply. You will need to briefly explain the reason for borrowing the assistive device during the application.
Teachers and students who are injured or feel unwell on campus should immediately notify the Health and Safety Unit nursing staff for emergency care or referral for medical treatment. For traumatic injuries, individuals can go to the Health and Safety Unit for wound care administered by the nursing staff.
Students of I-Shou University can enjoy free registration fees at the three hospitals of the E-Da Healthcare System (E-Da Hospital, E-Da Cancer Center, and E-Da Dachang Hospital) by presenting their student ID during their time at school. It is essential to show the student ID with the new semester registration stamp when receiving medical services.
In order to respect students' rights, the school currently does not impose a nighttime curfew. However, for personal safety and the well-being of all residents, students are required to swipe their student ID cards when entering or leaving the dormitory. Additionally, please be mindful of maintaining a peaceful environment at night and avoid disturbing other residents' rest.
Our school is a dormitory-style residence, and currently, no pantry facilities are provided. Each floor is equipped with a water dispenser. If a microwave is needed, it can be used at the convenience store (FamilyMart) in the dormitory area. Additionally, cooking food is not allowed in the dorm rooms, and related cooking appliances should not be brought to the school.
Microwave ovens are not allowed in dormitory rooms. According to the university’s Dormitory Regulations, it is prohibited to install or use unauthorized personal electrical appliances or cooking devices that may affect safety within the dormitory area. Therefore, the use of high-power appliances such as electric cookers, electric hot pots, immersion heaters, and space heaters is strictly prohibited.
There are coin-operated washing machines and dryers in the dormitory, washing machines costing 20 NT dollars per use, and dryers costing 10 NT dollars for 15 minutes.
Each dormitory has a drying area on the rooftop. In the second dormitory area on the main campus, clothes can also be hung on the balcony outside the rooms (not exceeding the height of the railing).
1. Each dormitory area is equipped with coin-operated washing machines, dryers, and spin dryers.
2. The second dormitory area and the E-Da Hospital area have balconies.
