UCAN Career Assessment - Office of Student Affairs

Concept and Objectives

Based on industry-relevant competencies, enhance students' understanding of workplace trends and required skills. Support students in aligning with career planning by helping them identify skill gaps early on and develop targeted skill-building plans. Reduce issues related to employment challenges caused by the gap between academic learning and practical application, and high job turnover due to undefined career paths. Assist students who have not yet identified a career path by exploring their professional interests and planning personal career development.
