- 1.According to Article 2 of the University’s Regulations Governing Student Conduct Assessment, which stipulates: "The baseline score for student conduct assessment is set at 85 points. The actual total score is calculated by adding or deducting points based on ratings from the department chair (graduate institute director) and advisor, as well as merit/demerit points, with a maximum score of 95 points," the baseline score for student conduct assessment is 85 points.
- 2.According to Subparagraph 3, Article 5 of the Regulations Governing Student Conduct Assessment, the point deduction criteria are as follows: a deduction of 7.5 points for a major demerit, 2.5 points for a minor demerit, and 1 point for a admonition.
- 3.Students may apply to clear demerits in accordance with Article 16 of the University’s Regulations Governing Student Reward and Punishment. Please download the "Campus Service Proof Form" from the Student Life Services Division website, complete the required service hours at your department or any administrative unit on campus, and submit the completed form to the Student Life Services Division before Monday, January 4, 2027 (ROC Year 116) to offset the reward and punishment records for the current semester. The conversion standards for campus service are as follows:
(1) An approved admonition may be offset by 4 hours of campus service.
(2) An approved minor demerit may be offset by 12 hours of campus service.
(3) Special campus service projects approved by the Student Reward and Punishment Committee or the University President shall be handled in accordance with their respective regulations.
