【Service Education Courses】Please upload supporting documents from Jun. 10 (13:00) , 2026 until Jun. 14, 2026.
The target students : International
students whose Student No. begins with 105-112 and who take the service
education course in this semester.
The Service
Education page will be open again for submission from 13:00 on Jun. 10 , 2026 until the
deadline, 11:55 p.m. on Jun. 14, 2026.
Students please log in to the Information System to
check whether they have passed the service education course, and upload
(revised) supporting documents to the System before Jun. 14,
2026, if necessary.
The Service Education page will be open
for the last time in this semester (from Jun. 10 (13:00)
, 2026 until Jun. 14, 2026). If a student misses the deadline, his/her supporting
documents will not be reviewed, and therefore he/she will fail the service
education course in this semester. He/she is not permitted to apply for review
after the deadline, or have his/her supporting documents recognized in the
following semester(s), no matter for what reason.

1. Please DO
click “Submit” after
uploading supporting documents. If a student doesn’t click “Submit,” his/her
supporting documents will not be reviewed, and therefore he/she will fail the
service education course in this semester. He/she is not permitted to apply for
review after the deadline, or have his/her supporting documents recognized in
the following semester(s), no matter for what reason.
2. Section I
Fundamental Knowledge(12hr): Taking Service Education
(I) & (II) requires 12 × 2 = 24 hours.
Please log in to ISU Moodle to watch
videos for at least 12
hours under the “Service Education-Fundamental
Knowledge ” page, and then submit video-watching records to the
Information System. (Please DO NOT watch those videos on YouTube.)
3. Section
II Public Service Activities(16hr): Taking
Service Education (I) & (II) requires 16 × 2 = 32 hours.
Students who
fulfilled the required hours of service before Jun. 1 but haven’t uploaded
supporting documents yet should upload and submit their supporting documents
before the deadline. Late submission will NOT be considered. If a student
misses the deadline, the hours of service he/she has already fulfilled will not
be recognized in this semester or the following semester(s), no matter for what
reason.
※The
deadline for application for participating in public service activities has
passed. Late application will NOT be considered, and the hours of on-campus
public service applied for after the deadline will NOT be recognized. (If you have applied in advance and fulfilled the required
number of hours, please upload the completed Application Form for Public
Service Participation before the deadline.)
※Regarding the hours of
on-campus public service you have successfully applied for, please fulfill
those hours as scheduled, and the deadline is Jun. 1, 2026.
If you haven’t fulfilled the required number of hours this semester, you will
fail the service education course this semester, and the hours completed will
NOT be retained or transferred to the following semesters.
(Example 1: If you have fulfilled only 8 hours of public service,
you fail the service education course this semester. The 8 hours will not be
retained or transferred to the following semesters.)
(Example 2: If you have fulfilled 16 hours of public service, but
you forget to upload the completed Application Form for Public Service
Participation or fail to make corrections after the form is rejected, the 16
hours will not be retained or transferred to the following semesters.)
4. Section III: Taking
Service Education (I) & (II) requires 2 reflections with different content
(100 words each).
(1) Plagiarism of
another’s words or articles on the Internet will result in failing
the service education course in this semester.
(2) Reflections
must be related to the service education course.
5. Only after a
student has completed both Section I and Section II will his/her reflections
submitted under Section III be reviewed. If he/she didn’t complete Section I or Section II, his/her
supporting documents or reflections will not be reviewed, and therefore he/she
will fail the service education course in this semester.
