1. In order to provide young students with information on studying abroad and various scholarships and grants offered by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry has commissioned the Commerce Development Research Institute to implement the "Overseas Talent Experience Sharing and International Connection (TaiwanGPS)" program this year. Under this program, 10 sessions of study abroad promotional seminars and experience-sharing events will be held. Distinguished overseas talents will be invited to share their preparation process and learning experiences abroad, as well as offer important tips for studying overseas.

2. Information on the 2025 events will be announced on the TaiwanGPS official website (https://twgps.moe.edu.tw/). Please help promote the program and encourage students at your school to register and participate actively. Students are also welcome to sign up as TaiwanGPS members to receive the quarterly newsletter, which provides updates on Ministry of Education scholarships and the latest study abroad information, helping students better prepare for their overseas studies.

3. In addition, the Ministry of Education will hold a TaiwanGPS Study Abroad Promotion Press Conference at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, June 10, 2025, at the 5th Floor Auditorium of the Ministry. (Please refer to the attached agenda for details.) The event aims to encourage Taiwanese youth to make good use of available resources in pursuit of their dreams. Schools in neighboring areas are welcome to send representatives to attend.
