On-Campus Accommodation Application for Academic Year 2026
Description:
I.
To apply for
accommodation at dormitories at the Main Campus or the Medical Campus,
applicants should fill in their preferred choices online, and a public drawing
will be conducted later.
1.

Dormitory 1 and Dormitory 2.

Medical
Campus: Medical Campus Dormitory and E-Da Hospital Dormitory.
II.
Application:

a.
March 16
(Monday) ~ March 20 (Friday): Guaranteed accommodation application.
b.
March 23
(Monday) ~ April 2 (Thursday): Priority accommodation application.
c.
March 23
(Monday) ~ April 17 (Friday): Application for continuing residing at Dormitory
2 of the Main Campus or at E-Da Hospital Dormitory of the Medical Campus (for
residents who have failed the recheck of the Dormitory Cleanliness Competition
or failed to apply for continuing residing at Dormitory 2 or E-Da Hospital
Dormitory by the deadline above, the vacancies will be released for public
drawing).
d.
April 15 (Wednesday)
~ April 24 (Friday): New application for on-campus accommodation (online
registration).
e.
11:00 a.m. on April
29 (Wednesday): The public drawing for on-campus accommodation will be held at:
i.
Main Campus:
the common room of Dormitory 2
ii.
Medical
Campus: the Management Office of Medical Campus Dormitory
f.
May 1 (Friday)
~ May 6 (Wednesday): Announcement of successful applicants and confirmation of
accommodation acceptance(no individual notification will be sent. Failure to
confirm within the deadline will be deemed as forfeiture.).
g.
May 8 (Friday)
~ May 13 (Wednesday): Vacancies resulting from unconfirmed acceptances will be
offered to waitlisted applicants in accordance with lottery sequence numbers..
h.
Unfilled
vacancies will be released and available for application by students who have
no dormitory vacancy 10 days before the first day of Academic Year 2026
(relevant information will be announced later).

b.
To apply for on-campus accommodation at the Main Campus, applicants should

When to Apply: Applicants
should complete an application online at one of the websites mentioned above
between April 15 (Wednesday) and April 24 (Friday).
III.
The
information about accommodation fees for Academic Year 2026 will be announced
later.
IV.
Pursuant to
the Rules of Student Housing Rates at I-Shou University, prepaid accommodation
fees for ISU-owned dormitories will not be refunded to students unless they
suspend studies or withdraw from studies.The accommodation fee of Dormitory 2 and
E-Da Hospital Dormitory,except for expulsion, residents who fail to pay the
accommodation fees before the prescribed deadline or move out from the
dormitory before the lease expires will receive no refund of the deposit for
on-campus accommodation.
