Main Campus Outdoor Basketball and Volleyball Court Reservation Guidelines

  1. 1. Registration takes place every Wednesday from 13:00 to 14:00, with the public drawing starting at 14:10.
  2. 2. Students must complete registration within the designated time. Early or late registration will not be accepted to ensure fairness.
  3. 3. Students must bring their own student ID for registration and drawing. Using someone else's ID or proxy registration will result in disqualification from participation.
  4. 4. A fair drawing process will be used. The drawn department will be announced three times. If no one responds, the spot will be forfeited and given to the next department (if absent on the first call, wait for the second-round drawing).
  5. 5. Departments that have already reserved the court for competitions in the same week cannot sign up again, allowing other departments to participate.
  6. 6. The drawing results will be announced immediately in the outdoor basketball and volleyball court reservation group after the drawing.
  7. 7. Each department can reserve only one court in the first round. If there are remaining courts, a second-round drawing will be held.
  8. 8. Priority will be given to school-organized competitions or club activities if they have applied for the courts, with no objections allowed.
  9. 9. All teams must maintain the cleanliness of the courts. The assigned department is responsible for the court's cleanliness on the reserved day. The sports office will inspect the court the next day. If garbage (e.g., beverage cans, plastic bags) is left behind twice in one semester, the department's usage rights for the current semester will be revoked immediately.
