Regulations for Sports Facility Usage in the Medical Campus
- 1. Principles for Facility Usage Order:
- ◎ Priority is given to activities organized by the school (or the Sports Office).
- ◎ Internal or interschool sports competitions organized by clubs or borrowed by external units.
- ◎ Departments organizing sports activities should coordinate among themselves for facility usage.
- ◎ On Fridays and holidays (basketball, volleyball, tennis), lighting requires coin payment, and the facilities are available for free use.
- 2. Units using the facilities are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the area.
- 3. Motorcycles are prohibited in sports facilities. Violation of this rule twice will result in the cancellation of facility usage applications for the following semester.
- 4. Signing up for facility usage under false pretenses (for non-related activities) is prohibited. If a facility is unused, others may use it freely. Departments falsely signing up for usage will have their scheduled time canceled.
