Regulations for Sports Facility Usage in the Medical Campus

  1. 1. Principles for Facility Usage Order:
    1. ◎ Priority is given to activities organized by the school (or the Sports Office).
    2. ◎ Internal or interschool sports competitions organized by clubs or borrowed by external units.
    3. ◎ Departments organizing sports activities should coordinate among themselves for facility usage.
    4. ◎ On Fridays and holidays (basketball, volleyball, tennis), lighting requires coin payment, and the facilities are available for free use.
  2. 2. Units using the facilities are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the area.
  3. 3. Motorcycles are prohibited in sports facilities. Violation of this rule twice will result in the cancellation of facility usage applications for the following semester.
  4. 4. Signing up for facility usage under false pretenses (for non-related activities) is prohibited. If a facility is unused, others may use it freely. Departments falsely signing up for usage will have their scheduled time canceled.
