主旨:本校114學年度學生宿舍優先住宿申請作業規定。
依據:義守大學學生宿舍管理要點、義守大學學生宿舍申請登記住宿要點。
公告事項:
一、具下列身分學生得優先申請住宿:
(一)領有肢體殘障手冊者(須檢附身心障礙證明)。
(二)身體患有重大疾病者(須檢附當年度「區域醫院」或「醫學中心」診斷證明書經衛生保健組認定)。
(三)經政府核定之低收或中低收入戶子女 (須檢附114年度低收或中低收入戶證明正本) 。
(四)隻身在臺境外生(含港澳僑生、交換生及陸生等由國際及兩岸事務處統一造冊)。
(五)設籍六個月以上之澎湖、金門、馬祖或離島地區學生(近六個月的戶籍謄本)。
(六)非設籍於高雄市及高雄市偏遠行政區之原住民籍學生(近六個月的戶籍謄本)。
(七)擔任學校服務人員或專案獎勵學生,由主管單位專案申請核准者:
1、宿舍幹部。
2、宿舍整潔競賽獲積點累積滿15點者(須個別申請)。
3、體育績優或考核績優之親善大使、衛保志工(由體育室、生輔組及衛生保健組統一造冊)。
(八)其他(如重大災區受災戶學生)
二、以上身分者均得申請於本校自有宿舍(低收入戶及原民專班學生均須安排於第一宿舍A棟、B棟三人房,其餘身分者皆安排於第一宿舍C、D棟、醫學院區醫學院宿舍區三人房)。
三、申請應繳資料:
(一)申請書:自行上網下載列印(義守大學→行政單位→學生事務處→表單下載→住宿相關表單→優先住宿申請書)
(二)證明文件:相關有效證明文件請參閱優先住宿申請書說明後備妥送審。
四、依本校「學生宿舍費用收費規定」,自有宿舍預繳之住宿費,除休學、退學者外一律不退費。
五、辦理期限:自公告日起至本(114)年3月28日止,逾期不予受理。
六、辦理地點:
(一)校本部繳至學生住宿組辦公室(第一宿舍區男生管理站旁)辦理。
(二)醫學院區繳至醫學院區住宿組(教學大樓B棟1樓)辦理。
七、不克親自辦理者,得委由同學代辦。如有任何疑問,請來電洽詢:

Basis: Guidelines on Student Dormitory Management at
I-Shou University and Guidelines on Application for On-campus Accommodation at
I-Shou University
Description:
I. Students who
meet one of the following conditions will be given priority in applying for on-campus
accommodation:
1.having a disability
card (supporting documents should be provided upon application);
2.having a physically
catastrophic illness (a medical certificate issued by a metropolitan hospital
or a medical center in 2025 should be provided upon application and verified by
the Health Section);
3.coming from a
low-income or medium-low-income family recognized by the government (the
original low-income or medium-low-income certificate issued in 2025 should be
provided upon application);
4.being an overseas
student who lives alone in Taiwan (including overseas Chinese students,
exchange students, and mainland Chinese students on the list compiled by the Office
of International and Cross-Strait Affairs);
5.having held household
registration in Penghu County, Kinmen County, Matsu Islands, or any outlying
islands for a minimum of six months (a household registration transcript issued
within the six most recent months should be provided upon application);
6.being an indigenous
student whose household address is not registered in Kaohsiung City or is registered
in a remote district of Kaohsiung City (a household registration transcript issued
within the six most recent months should be provided upon application);
7.meeting one of
the following requirements and being recommended by the competent unit:
a.a dormitory
cadre member;
b.a dormitory resident
who has earned 15 points in dormitory cleanliness competitions and general cleanliness
evaluations (please apply separately); or
c.student
ambassadors with outstanding sports performance or excellent evaluations, as
well as health service volunteers (registered collectively by the Physical
Education Office, Student Affairs Division, and Health Care Section)..
8.Others (e.g.
students from households hard-hit by natural disasters)
II.Students who meet one of the aforesaid conditions
are qualified for applying for accommodation in ISU-owned dormitories (students
from a low-income and indigenous students will be assigned to Building A of
Dormitory 1 or the triple rooms of Building B of Dormitory 1, while the rest
will be assigned to Buildings C and D of Dormitory 1 or the triple rooms of
Medical Campus Dormitory at the Medical Campus).
III.Required Documents:
1.Application Form: Please download the application

2.Supporting Documents: Please refer to the
application form and submit your supporting documents for review.
IV.Pursuant to the Rules of Student Housing Rates at
I-Shou University, prepaid accommodation fees for ISU-owned dormitories will
not be refunded to students unless they suspend studies or withdraw from
studies.
V.Application Period: From the date of announcement
through March 28, 2025. Late applications will NOT be 8considered.
VI.Where to Apply:
1.Main Campus: Student Housing Section (next to the
Management Office of Dormitory 1).
2.Medical Campus: Student Housing Section (on the 1st
floor of Teaching Building B).
