114學年度義大醫院宿舍續住申請事宜
一、 因應義大醫療財團法人附設管理中心於114學年度將收回部分樓層(E1~E2樓)以作其他用途,本校承租的樓層將進行調整。
(一)原2樓續住學生將調整至3樓、1樓續住學生將調整至5~7樓。
(二)以上調整預計於暑假期間進行宿舍床位分配及調配作業,新寢號及挪移時間將另行公告。
二、義大醫院宿舍續住辦理時間及方式:欲續租114學年度同學應完成以下兩階段申請,未依期限辦理者視同放棄續租。
(一)第一階段:
1、時間:自公告日起至114年4月11日(五)止。
2、請於期限內登入公告上網址進行填寫續租申請資料,請使用電子雲端帳號登入(isu學號@cloud.isu.edu.tw) 。
(二)第二階段:
1、時間:114年5月5日(一)起至114年5月23日(五)止。
2、完成第一階段申請者,請至義大醫院宿舍櫃台領取「義守大學114學年度義醫宿舍宿舍區租賃合約書」,續租學生應詳閱合約內容並於完成簽名後繳交至住宿組。
二、逾期辦理續租申請者,應先完成愛校服務始能辦理續租。於第一階段截止日起1週內申辦者,需參加2小時愛校服務,每逾1週則逐次加2小時,截止至114年4月30日(三)將不再受理續租相關申請。
三、申請續租後如有以下情形,得取消續租資格:
(一)113學年度學生宿舍整潔競賽未受檢或檢查不合格寢室,應於規定時間內完成複檢,未依期完成複檢或複檢不合格者,將取消續租資格。
(二)如有積欠電費未繳,將取消續租資格。(學生可直接至應用資訊系統上查詢是否有未繳電費單)
四、113學年度租約至114年7月31日(三)止,不續住同學應於114年7月31日(三)前辦理退宿手續,6月份以前退宿或未於7月底前完成退宿者,依規定將不退還保證金,延後退宿者將依規定懲處並加收延後退宿月份租金。
五、完成續租申請之學生暑假期間無須辦理退宿。如暑假期間須長期返家,得於離宿前至1樓大廳管理站辦理電費暫停扣款,此項作業需經同寢室友具結同意,申辦後期間內電費將由留宿同學負擔。
I. In response to the E-Da Healthcare Group's plan to reclaim certain floors (E1 to E2) for other purposes during Academic Year 2025, we will adjust the floors the University has leased.
1. Dorm residents who previously resided on the 2nd floors will be relocated to the 3th floor, while those from the 1st floor will be moved to the 5th and 7th floors.
2. The aforementioned adjustments are expected to take place during the summer vacation, with dormitory bed allocation and rearrangement being carried out accordingly. New room numbers and the relocation schedule will be announced separately.
II. Application Period and Method: Please complete both of the following two stages. Failure to complete by the given deadlines will constitute a waiver of the right to lease renewal.
Stage 1:
1. Please complete an application online from now through Friday, April 11, 2025.
2. Please visit the website below and complete the application, Please log in using your cloud account (isu student ID@cloud.isu.edu.tw).

Stage 2:
1. Period: Monday, May 5, 2025 - Friday, May 23, 2025
2. For those who have completed Stage 1, please collect the Lease Contract of E-Da Hospital Dormitory in Academic Year 2025 at the front desk of E-Da Hospital Dormitory and then submit the Lease Contract to the Student Housing Section after carefully reading and signing it.
III. Dorm residents who fail to apply for lease renewal by the given deadline should do campus service before being qualified for late application. Applicants who submit their applications within one week of the first-stage deadline are required to complete two hours of campus service. For each additional week of delay, two extra hours of campus service will be added accordingly. Applications for renewal will no longer be accepted after Wednesday, April 30, 2025.
IV. The lease renewal will be canceled when a dorm resident gets involved in either of the following situations:
1. If their dorm room has not been inspected or has not met the requirements of the Dormitory Cleanliness Competition in Academic Year 2024 and fails to complete or pass the reinspection, their lease renewal will be canceled.
2. If they owe electricity charges to E-Da Hospital Dormitory, their lease renewal will be canceled. (Please visit the Information System for details on electricity bills.)
V. The lease for Academic Year 2024 expires on Wednesday, July 31, 2025. Dorm residents who do not renew the lease should complete the dormitory check-out process by Wednesday, July 31, 2025. Those who move out from the dormitory before June or fail to complete the process by the end of July will not have their deposit refunded, and those who move out after July will be punished pursuant to the applicable regulations and rules. The rent incurred by late moving-out will be collected as well.
VI. Dorm residents who have completed the renewal application do not need to move out during the summer vacation. Those who will leave for home for a long time during the summer vacation can apply to the Management Office for a temporary suspension of the collection of electricity charges before they leave; however, they should obtain prior approval from their roommates since the electricity bill will be paid by those staying at the dorm room.
