一、住宿申請作業時程:
(一)114學年度舊生及暑轉生候補採申請制(網路登記),請依照住宿意願進行志願選擇,申請人數多於床位數時,將實施抽籤,並依各宿舍區床位數進行分配。
(二)受理住宿申請志願登記(採網路登記):8/20(三)至8/26(二)。
(三)公告宿舍分配結果:8/28(四)下午16時申請結果將公告於學生事務處網頁。為確保候補學生權益,如欲放棄候補者,請儘速致電學生住宿組。
(四)繳費資料上傳至應用資訊系統:待結果公布後,住宿繳費單將上傳至應用資訊系統供同學自行列印及繳費,請依繳費單上所載之期限完成繳費。(不個別通知,逾期視同放棄床位。)
(五)宿舍進住:
1、
校本部第一宿舍、醫學院區宿舍:9/6(六)至9/7(日)進住,入住時請提供繳費單收據,供各宿舍管理站查核。
2、
校本部第二宿舍、醫學院區義大醫院宿舍:可自9/1(一)起進住。報到進住時間為每日08~20時,請持繳費收據至宿舍管理站報到,並領取住宿合約書。
二、宿舍補助/補貼:
(一)教育部大專校院學生校內住宿補貼:
1、
補助對象:義守大學本國籍學生
2、
補貼金額:一般生每名最高5,000元/學期;經濟弱勢生(中、低收入戶)每名最高7,000元/學期
3、
將於住宿費直接抵扣,無須申辦,若有符合經濟弱勢身分,請於指定時間內將申請表(https://reurl.cc/VWRD3Q)及相關證明文件繳交至住宿組,審查無誤將會協助修改補助金額。
4、
已享有大專院校學生校內住宿補貼者,無法同時申請校外住宿補貼,若重複請領將會向學生追繳補貼款項。

四、 依本校「學生宿舍費用收費規定」,自有宿舍(第一宿舍、醫學院區宿舍)預繳之住宿費,除休學、退學者外一律不退費;承租宿舍(第二宿舍、醫學院區義醫宿舍)除因成績不及格勒令退學者外,凡未能如期繳交租金者,或租約期滿未能於期限內完成退宿手續者,或中途退宿者,皆不退還保證金,未住月份之租金扣除欠費後無息退還。

If you need to correct the wrong information, please send the corrected content
to the mailbox (dorm@isu.edu.tw), and the correction will be made uniformly.
II.Application
schedule:
1.Online
registration: Wednesday, August 20 ~ Tuesday, August 26, 2025.
2.The
bed assigning result will be announced on Thursday, August 28, 2025, on the website
of the office of student affairs. To ensure other students'
rights and interests, please contact the Student Housing Section as soon as
possible if a successful applicant wants to give up his/her bed.
3.After
the bed assigning result is announced, the payment slip will be available for
students to download on the Information System. Please make payment before the
given deadline. The assigned bed will be canceled if the payment is made late,
and no notification will be sent.
III.
Moving into the dormitory:
1.Dormitory
1 and Medical Campus Dormitory: Students can move into their dorm rooms between
Saturday, September 6, and Sunday, September 7, 2025, based on their
departments and student number, and the second slip of the payment slip should
be provided to the management office for checking.
2.Dormitory
2 and E-Da Hospital Dormitory: Students can move into their dorm rooms starting
Monday, September 1, 2025, between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. every day. The receipt of
the payment slip and consent form should be provided to the management office
for checking.
※Pursuant to
the Rules of Student Housing Rates at I-Shou University, prepaid accommodation
fees for ISU-owned dormitories will not be refunded to students unless they
suspend studies or withdraw from studies.The accommodation fee of Dormitory 2
and E-Da Hospital Dormitory,except for expulsion, residents who fail to pay the
accommodation fees before the prescribed deadline or move out from the
dormitory before the lease expires will receive no refund of the deposit for
on-campus accommodation.
